Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To minimize the number of resonators and to improve a manufacturing ability by coupling the section between the dielectric resonator of an input step and the dielectric resonator of an output means which are not adjoining with an inductance. CONSTITUTION:By forming plural central conductors 2-5 at a homogeneous simple substance dielectric 1 in a column shape, a dielectric filter having plural dielectric resonators 8-11 is formed. At the dielectric filter, an electromagnetic field is generated with the dielectric resonator 8 of the input means by an electric signal impressed from an input terminal 6, and extended to the dielectric resonator 9 between steps through a coupling pattern 16. Further, for the electromagnetic field, the same action is successively repeated, extended to the dielectric resonator 11 of the output step and fed back through an inductance 19 to the dielectric resonator 8. Thus, the characteristic of the above-mentioned dielectric filter has an attenuation pole in a finite part of the real frequency axis.
