Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate need for visiting a facsimile equipment for qualifying the result of transmission in facsimile transmission by registering a communication destination telephone number and a communication time and informing the transmission state in voice. CONSTITUTION:An extension telephone number data 60 and a time data 61 are registered in a registration memory 15 and a time data 61 is set in a timer 16. When the registered time elapses, it is informed from the timer 16 to a voice recording and reproducing section 13. The section 13 turns the contact of a relay r13 from r13-1 into r13-2 to give a command to an automatic dial section 11, from which dialing is applied based on a registered data 60, and after the hook-off of the destination is confirmed, the contact is restored from r13-2 into r13-1, a prescribed transmission state data 50 (registration number) is read from a management recording memory 12 and a corresponding voice data 51 is read from a voice memory 14 and the voice data 51 is sent to an extension 101 via the contacts r13, r14.
