Lighting controller for luminaire
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To aim at a proper degree of illumination all the time without selecting each of stop-operation modes of control action manually by detecting an illumination change at a lighting area of an outdoor lamp or the like and the access of people, and automatically corresponding to the detected data. CONSTITUTION:A photosensor 12 converts illumination at a lighting control area into voltage, while a level discriminator 19 outputs a low illumination detecting signal when it has judged such a state that lighting is required. A far infrared sensor 13 converts an infrared ray out of the lighting control area into voltage, and when a fact that a parson has entered the lighting area is judged by a level discriminator 22, it outputs a body detecting signal within the setting time of a timer 23. With a combination of this low illumination detecting signal and the body detecting signal, magnetic relays 14, 15 are turned to ON or OFF, making the lighting area into a low luminance lighting state, a high luminance lighting state or unlighting state. Consequently, the lighting area is always maintained in a proper lighting state.
