System for managing electronic business form

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce a transmitting data quantity and to improve the responsiveness of a system by separating format information and input data information and transmitting only the input data information. CONSTITUTION:When an input is executed from a terminal 1a, a signal processing part 4a reads the corresponding format information from a terminal file 5a or a center file 9 and displays it on a CRT 2a. An applying person 6 inputs the input data information according to the display. The processing part 4a separates the format information and the input data information and transmits only the input data information. A signal processing part 4b of a terminal 1b, which receives it, reads the corresponding format information from a terminal file 5b or the file 9. Next, the read format information and the received input data information are synthesized and displayed on a CRT 2b. Thus, the transmitting data quantity can be reduced, and the responsiveness of the system can be improved.
