High pressure fuel injector for engine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and improve the stability of the fuel feed performance and facilitate maintenance by installing the first orifice into a fuel passage communicating to a fuel chamber and forming a back pressure chamber between the second orifice, rear edge part of a fuel valve, and a shaft hole. CONSTITUTION:The opened port part of an outer box 3 is closed by a valve seat member, and the other opened port part is closed by an inner cover member. The first orifice 2c is fitted into a fuel passage 2 communicating to a fuel chamber 3b. A back pressure chamber 8 is formed between the second orifice 2d fitted into the large diameter part 7c of a fuel valve, rear edge part of the fuel valve, and a shaft hole 5a. Therefore, the fuel passage is made into simple form, and the stability of the fuel feed performance can be improved.
