Diagnostic device for motor-operated valve

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To diagnose a motor-operated valve at a position being apart from a place where the valve is installed by directly connecting each terminal for a limit switch, a torque switch, and power to each corresponding terminal of a main control board. CONSTITUTION:A opening/closing signal of a limit switch 3 for controlling a motor-operated value is inputted from a terminal 33 to a main control board 20 through a control cable 16. The input signal is inputted from the main control board 20 to a diagnostic device 26 through a connector cable 24, a switching device 25, and a connector cable 28. A signal of a torque switch 4 is also inputted to the main control board 20 in the same manner. And a power signal inputted from a power terminal block 5 to the main control board 20 through a power connector 13 and a power cable 17.
