Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To restrict more completely with a rather simple structure leakage of noise including high frequencies by arranging a radio wave absorber around the input-center conductor of a high capacitance-type input terminal. CONSTITUTION:A radio wave absorber 29 is arranged, at least, on the oscillating body side or the external power supply side in relation to a capacitor part, around the input-center conductor 21 of a high voltage capacitor type-input terminal 20. A high frequency reflecting conductor 30, is further, arranged as required, in the vicinity of the radio wave absorber 29 and on its external power supply side. Accordingly, leakage of a noise to ward the power supply side including high frequencies taking place at the high voltage capacitor type input terminal 20 can be restricted better by means of a rather simple structure.
