Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To discharge recording forms of both formats of face-up and face- down, by arranging a recording form passage on the upper face of an aggregate of equipments for an electrophotographic transfer process. CONSTITUTION:As for a recording form 9 which has been fed by a paper feeding device 8, its timing is matched by a pair of resist rolls 10 and an image is transferred by a transfer device 5, and thereafter, it is fixed by a fixing device 11, advances along a carrying guide 15 and inverted, and accumulated on an intermediate housing 24 and an upper face housing 25, in a state that the image surface is turned upward by a discharge paper roller 12. A front housing 17 and the intermediate housing 24 are turned by an axial discharge paper format switching lever 22 and 19, the carrying guide 15 is turned by an axis 16, the discharge paper roller 12 is turned by an axis 18, and face-up discharge paper is switched to face-down discharge paper. In such a way, discharge paper of both formats of face-up and face-down can be executed.
