Permanent magnet rotor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To simplify an assembling work before a die cast by providing an elastically deformed part or member by engaging a cylindrical casing between a yoke and a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 2 is disposed so that the inner periphery is contacted with the projections 6a of a yoke 1, and a cylindrical casing 3 is then engaged with the outer periphery of the magnet 2 by press-fitting or shrink-fitting. The projections 6a are elastically deformed by compressing a space 6b disposed at the radial inside, and the magnet 2 and the casing 3 are integrally secured. Then, a rotor is composed by die casting aluminum or zinc. In this case, a molten material of a die casting material is not introduced between the magnet 2 and the casing 3, but introduced to the space 6b of the yoke 1 and the molten material passing hole 5 to construct a rotor.
