Full-color translucent image sheet production method
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a projected image having sharpness and a good color tone, by specifying the haze degree (hazing value) of a color toner image formed on a transparent film. CONSTITUTION:The haze degree (hazing value) of the color toner image formed on the transparent film is set to <=20%. A means for reducing the haze degree of the color toner image eliminates a particle gap and a step difference by deforming toner particles for forming an image, and simultaneously, allowing each toner particle to adhere to each other integrally, so that the surface of a toner layer forms a sufficiently smooth surface. For instance, a fixation at a temperature at which a toner is melted enough, a fixation executed by using a solvent such as toluene, etc., and the grinding of a fixed image surface, etc., are available. Also, by applying a transparent paint having no property for dissolving the toner, to the image surface, a transparent smooth surface is formed.
