Image element
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To manufacture an image element, which is formed by using a photoconductive film and in which a crosstalk between adjacent picture elements is improved, by shaping a light-shielding film interrupting irradiation with beams onto the upper surface of the photoconductive film corresponding to a section between adjacent picture element and picture element. CONSTITUTION:An image sensor 1 is constituted in such a manner that a photoconductive film 4 is formed onto the upper surface of an insulating substrate 2 in a belt-shaped manner, a first electrode 5 and second electrodes 6a, 6b... are disposed in a row and shaped onto the upper surface of the photoconductive film 4 as electrode pairs corresponding to each picture element, a transparent insulating film 7 is shaped onto these upper surfaces, and reading electrodes A, B... and a light-shielding film 8 are formed onto the upper surface of the transparent insulating film 7. The light-shielding film 8 has light-transmitting windows 8a, 8b... in response to sections among the first electrode 5 corresponding to respective picture element and the second electrodes 6a, 6b..., and does not prevent irradiation with beams to the sections of the photoconductive film 4 corresponding to each picture element, but interrupts irradiation with beams to the sections of the photoconductive filim 4 in sections except said sections. Accordingly, an optoelectric transducer, which is formed by using the photoconductive film and in which a crosstalk is not generated among adjacent picture elements, is obtained.
