Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the transferability and wear resistance of a molding surface by a structure wherein the molding surface to form rubber and a heating part to vulcanize formed rubber are provided in a high strength cement molding tool. CONSTITUTION:A high strength cement molding tool can be obtained by casting pre-prepared kneaded matter in a master mold, along the periphery of which frames or the like are arranged, and, after the hardening of said kneaded matter, removing from the master mold for curing. The molding tool can be heated by a temperature controlling pipe or heating wire arranged in the interior of the mold or by heating from outside. Further, a because the major constituent of the molding tool is cement substance, the heat conductivity of the molding tool is low, resulting in developing a merit to make the heated mold hard to cool down at the vulcanization of the formed rubber. The molding tool as mentioned above has excellent transferability and at the same time strong, resulting in allowing to obtain the excellent durability as a mold to vulcanize a formed rubber by heating.
