Image signal reproducing device
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To easily know the head position of a screen group as well as the screen contents by producing the reduced picture information for each key screen as well as the information on the corresponding position on a recording medium and using outputs of both information. CONSTITUTION:A servo system control circuit 12 changes over a switch 32 of a screen project ing part 15 with an operation 13 to reproduce a tape at a high speed and switches 12 a capstan motor 31 to a normal reproduction speed with detection of an index signal CUE-A of a head 24. A processing part 1 detects 30 a lock state and thins picture signals equal to a field at the head of a scene A to reduce this scene down to 1/9 and to sore 8 it as the picture information. At the same time, the picture signals are counted 10 and stored 8 with switch to the normal reproduction mode. Then the character information is produced 14 based on the index information on a memory 11 and superposed 16 on the reduced picture of a field memory 8 to be projected 19. Then a high-speed reproduction mode is set again to repeat said operations. Thus scenes B-I are successively projected at prescribed positions of a screen. If no CUE track nor index pilot signal is available, the envelope curve of the reprodution signal is monitored 27 and a time point when the envelope curve has a sudden change is defined as a joint of screens. In such a constitution, the head tape count value and the contents of each screen group are quickly known.
