Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To maintain the specified ratio of moisture and to make analysis and decision with high accuracy by hermetically sealing multi-layer chemical analysis materials at all times by means of guide belts for hermetic sealing and guide members for hermetic sealing during constant-temp. holding treatment. CONSTITUTION:A pair of conveying rollers 1, 1' for conveying slides for multi- layer chemical analysis driven by a motor for driving constitute a conveying mechanism together with a conveying belt 3 consisting of a highly durable material which has high heat conductivity and resistance to plastic deformation and is put on the circumferences of the rollers. A pair of the guide belt rollers 2, 2' for hermetic sealing constitute the hermetic sealing mechanism for hermetic sealing of a layer impregnated with a material to be measured around the same and is put thereon with a guide belt 4 for hermetic sealing to serve as a guide for the multi-layer chemical analysis slides to constitute the hermetic sealing mechanism simultaneously. A constant-temp. holding means 5 consists of a metal which has good heat conductivity and is embedded internally with an electrical element for heating or heating and cooling to maintain the multi- layer chemical analysis slides 8 at the constant temp. for a prescribed period.
