Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the overlapping of a waveform even irregular, by storing an input signal into a memory to display a waveform only when the level of the current input signal reaches a specified value and the previous data is within a preset range for a specified time. CONSTITUTION:An input analog signal is converted with an A/D converter section 10 into a digital signal to be stored into a memory 11 with a writing address specified by a first counter 12. In addition, a reading address in the memory is specified with a second counter 13 to read out a data already written and the data read is checked with comparators 16 and 17 to be within a range of a preset value and a detecting section 19 detects an analog signal reaching a specified value. When outputs of the detecting section 19 and the comparators 16 and 17 are both ON, a trigger signal is generated with a trigger signal generating section and a data stored in the memory 11 is displayed by the trigger signal.
