Epbx with digital telephone number display function

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enable an originating subscriber to detect the telephone number in the terminal telephone set side by giving telephone number storing, reading, and transferring functions to the terminal telephone set and an EPBX body. CONSTITUTION:The terminal telephone set is constituted to include a telephone 1 with digital display function, a telephone number output printer 2, a terminal telephone set body 3, and a telephone number transmission/reception controller 4, and the EPBX is constituted to include a telephone switching network part 5, a central control part body 6, a central control storage part 7, a data bank 8, an input terminal 9 for operation and maintenance, and an input/output backup file 10 for operation and maintenance. The telephone number of the destination is inquired of the EPBX by the telephone 1 with digital display function to read out the pertinent telephone number or number zone from the data bank 8 of the EPBX body, and it is digitally displayed on the telephone 1 with digital display function.
