Treatment plant for photographic processing wastes
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve automatic treatment and efficiency by providing a vaporizing means which heats photographic processing wastes and vaporizes and condenses components and a concentrated wastes discharging means which discharges the waste photographic processing wastes concentrated by a condensing means for condensing generated vapor. CONSTITUTION:This plant is provided with a means 10 which supplies the photographic processing wastes into the treatment chamber 21 of the vaporizing means, the means 20 which vaporizes and concentrates its components, the condensing means 30 which condenses the vapor generated by said means, and the concentrated wastes discharging means 60 which discharges the photographic processing wastes concentrated by the vaporizing means without opening the treatment chamber. The concentrated wastes is discharged from the treatment chamber 21 by falling naturally in a discharge container 62 arranged below or discharged forcibly by using a pump or by using a conveying means such as a screw conveyor when the viscosity of the concentrated wastes is high. Active carbon with molecule sieving performance in use has slit this holes, whose size is >=6Angstrom and <=15Angstrom . Consequently, automation is enabled and the wastes is vaporized with high heat efficiency.
