Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To achieve the shortening of the thermal equilibrium reaching time after starting operation, by a method wherein respective coefficients of thermal expansion of the bar state drive source of the ceramic element generating a dimensional strain by the electrostrictive vertical effect in print driving and of the base of which to the U-shaped formed inside bottom part one end of a drive source is connected, are equalized and the elastic insulating material of a high coefficient of thermal transfer is packed into the gap thereof. CONSTITUTION:The bottom end of the drive source connecting two ceramic elements 2 via an intermediate component 12 is connected to the inner bottom part of a U-shaped base and respective bottom end parts of levers 3 and 4 are connected to the upper end part of the base 1 and the upper end of the drive source. The resin material 10 of silicone resin joined by alumina or the like in order to make its thermal conductivity better is packed into the gap existing between the inner side of the base 1 and the drive source side facing that. Because the silicone resin ins elastic and easy to be deformed, it hardly give any influence on the expansion and contraction operation of the drive source of ceramic element 2 is conducted to the base 1 passing through the resin material 12 in printing operation, the time required for reaching thermal equilibium after start of operation is shortened.
