Picture movement correcting device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for any additional machine in the field of pickup by processing picture information after pickup electrically and removing its vibrating component. CONSTITUTION:After picture information is stored once in a memory 27, it is extracted, then the moving quantity of the picture is calculated and extracted while the quantity of movement is shifted reversely based on a moving vector 10 being the detection of the movement of picture information and the picture is subject to expansion processing simultaneously to decrease the movement of the picture, that is, the vibrating component. That is, the pattern is moved in parallel by the vibrating component of the picture, since the missing of the picture end is caused by the moved value, the missing in the edge is eliminated by applying the expanding processing of the entire picture.
