Optical axis confirming device in laser beam machine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation by providing the master sleeve which is rotatable with a co-axial line for a rotary sleeve and co-axially fixing the optical axis confirming case provided with a reflection mirror and gage to the master sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A master sleeve 10 is fitted via a master shaft 9 to a rotary sleeve 5 and made to enable the total rotation of 360 deg. on the co-axial line with the sleeve 5. The optical axis confirming case 11 provided with a reflection mirror 12, the gage for optical axis confirming and a window 14 is fixed to the sleeve 10. With this mechanism the deflection amount of the optical axis can be confirmed by rotating the optical axis confirming case 11 to the total rotation position of 360 deg. separately with the rotary sleeve 5. The decomposition work of the arm 6 for optical path becomes unnecessary, the operation for confirming the optical axis is simplified and facilitated.
