Color balance adjusting device
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To determine required color balance accurately with a simple mechanism and an easy operation by moving a filter unit, which is provided in the position of an iris diaphragm of an exposure optical system, to an optional position in a plane orthogonal to the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:A filter unit 12 is arranged in the middle part between an aperture part 15 having the front principal point face and an aperture part 16 having the rear principal point face, namely, in the position of the iris diaphragm. A (y)-direction slider 11 of the filter unit 12 is fitted to a slide guide part 13 of a lens barrel bracket 1 to move the filter unit 12 in the (y) direction, and a filter frame 9 to which a filter 8 is set is fitted to an (x)-direction slide face 10 of the (y)-direction slider 11 and the filter unit 12 is moved in the (x) direction while being held by the end face of the aperture part 15 of the barrel 2. Extents of movement in (x) and (y) directions are different by the degree of control of color balance, and relations between the degree of color balance and said extents are determined experimentally. Thus, the filter unit is moved to a prescribed position to attain the required color balance.
