Controller for power steering device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate a sudden change in steering force at the time of control selection as well as to secure the steering force conformable to a running state, by using data of a counter as a control signal when a car speed signal comes to something wrong, and performing engine speed sensitive control. CONSTITUTION:When anything unusual in a car speed signal is detected by each of circuits 1-3, a one level signal is outputted from an OR circuit 16, and data of a register 6 are preset to a counter 5, while a select circuit 7 is selected to the opposite position to illustration. On the other hand, output of the register 6 is compared with that of a counter 10 by a comparator 11, and when a side of the output of the register 6 is larger, a one level signal is outputted. This output is fed to the counter 5 via a gate 4, and the counter 5 is counted down. If this countdown goes forward and the data of the counter 5 has come to smaller than that of the counter 10, the one level signal is fed out of a comparator 12, and a select circuit 8 is selected to the opposite position to illustration.
