Transmitting device of service request information for service activity

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To shorten the time needed for ordering and also to confirm the contents of the order by providing a device for transmission of request information to the side of a restaurant and adding a display part to said transmitting device to display the service request information. CONSTITUTION:An initial screen is displayed on a display part 5 and the displays are carried out in each language with operation of a selection key 3c. Then the initial screen disappears with operation of an order key 3a and the selection is possible with menus. Here a customer operates a menu key 4 to select a desired dish and these selected dishes are displayed on the part 5. The customer repeats this procedure to select the desired menu and then operates a confirmation key 3b when the selection of menus is through. Thus the names of selected dishes are transmitted to the side of cooks. These names of dishes are erased on the part 5 when the selected dishes are served. Furthermore, the order of a drink if requested after a metal can be treated with priority through an order information input device 2 which gives an interruption to other order contents.
