Fuel injection device for engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve fuel atomizing effect by injecting fuel from an electronic injection nozzle into an injection space attached via a one-way valve to a combustion chamber of an engine and then atomizing the injected fuel by means of compressed air injected from an electronic air injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Within a fuel injection device 9 an injection space 10 is formed which is communicated via a one-way valve 11 with a combustion chamber 7. An electronic fuel injection nozzle 12 and an electronic air injection nozzle 13 are attached so that respective tips open to the injection space 10. Here, fuel in a fuel tank 14 is supplied via a filter 15, a pump 15, and a pressure regulator 17 to the said nozzle 12 and injected at a specified timing by means of a control unit 23 into the injectio space 10. On the other hand, into the said nozzle 13 compressed air stored from outside via an air cleaner 18 into a surge tank 2 by means of a compressor 19 is injected via a pressure regulator 21 by means of the control unit 23 at a specified timing.
