Manufacture of tip and brush for applicator

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate damaging a hole with a holder of an applicator by piling the inside of a latex rubber film double with other latex sheet, out of which is bean-shaped piece is punched, applying latex sizing agent on the side face of said piece and adhering together pinching the edges from up and down. CONSTITUTION:A film 2 is formed by coating one side of a latex sheet 1 of 2-3mm thickness with latex liquid and drying it up. The film 2 is turned upside down and its inside is piled up double with other latex sheet 3. At that time, both sheets are semi-adhered wit the film. Next, a bear-shaped piece 4 is punched out, the side face of which is coated with latex size 5, and adhered together while the edges of said piece are pinched from up and down to form up a piece having a swelling surface. Said swelling piece is cut into halves and the section, semi-adhered by the film 2, of the cut face 6 is peeled off to form a hole 7 for inserting a holder of an applicator. The end 8a of the applicator 8 is inserted into the hole 7 of a tip thus prepared and adhered.
