Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent deflection or inclination of a bearing and prevent a rotary shaft from shaking by providing a reinforcing member ranging from a substrate to a cylindrical bearing provided in an integrated form with said substrate. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 consists of a substrate 1a and a cylindrical bearing 1b provided in an integrated form with the substrate 1a. A hub 6 on which magnetic disks 9 are installed is fixed to the top end of a shaft 5 supported by the cylindrical bearing 1b via a bearing 3. And, a reinforcing member 13 is provided ranging from the substrate 1a to the bearing 1b of the base 1. As a result, the deflection or inclination of the bearing 1b of the base 1 can be greatly reduced, preventing a shaft 5 from shaking.
