Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain substantial adhesive strength by plating chromium on the rear of a nickel stamper then adhering a metal lining plate thereto by an epoxy resin adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A bisphenol A arom. epoxy resin is used as the epoxy resin adhesive agent and amine curing agents such as aliphat. amine, arom. amine and polyamide amine are preferable as a hardener. A cold setting resin which can maintain thermal rigidity at >=100 deg.C is preferable as the adhesive agent for the lining metallic plate for reinforcing a stamper for casting and, for example, polyamide amine. The use of the cold setting type adhesive agent is advantageous in that the flatness of the stamper can be maintained after the adhesion of the lining and reinforcing metallic plate. The lining metallic plate is a chrome plated steel plate, stainless steel plate, etc. and is preferably 5-10mm thick.
