Conveyor system for tote in distribution center

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To have generated empty totes collected by a picker himself so as to carry out collection work securely and quickly, by arranging a recovery conveyor at the picking position. CONSTITUTION:Supply conveyors 7 for empty totes for packing use, feeding out conveyors 6 for the same object and conveyors 8 for collecting used empty totes fed from rotary racks are concentrically disposed in a picking position where commodities are taken out from rotary racks carrying arriving totes thereon according to orders of respective shops. Thus, only one picker can easily handle preparation process of new totes and recovery work of empty totes by arranging various kinds of conveyors 6, 7 and 8.
