Engine warming up device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the stability of warming up and operating property by enlarging a part of an intake air passage to provide a combustor in it, and connecting an evaporated vapor feed pipe to the front chamber of said combustor, while providing an ignition plug, an intake air flow inlet, and a combustion gas flow outlet in the rear chamber. CONSTITUTION:An intake air A which has flowed through an intake air pipe K, is diffused around a combustor 1 in an enlarged part 20, allowed to flow while swirling from an intake air flow inlet 6 provided on a combustor body 2 into a rear chamber 3, and to flow out from a flow outlet 7 into the intake air pipe K, to be fed into an engine E. A fuel from a fuel pump 12 is fed into the fuel passage 9c of an evaporated vapor feed pipe 9 via a fuel feed pipe 11, to be made a fuel vapor by means of an evaporation heat feeding device 10. This fuel vapor is introduced from a fuel injection port 9b into a front chamber 4 which is a carburetor, to be made an air fuel mixture and, then is fed into a rear chamber 3 through compartments 5. After that, the air fuel mixture in the rear chamber is burned by means of a glow plug 8, while the vaporization of the fuel in the evaporated vapor pipe 9 is accelerated.
