Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To apply self-check for each display means for a prescribed time when a timer is over by operating a dial key after electric power application and off-hook. CONSTITUTION:A processor is operated by the application of power, the state of a hook switch HS is detected to start a timer, an oscillator 9, a talking circuit 5, an amplifier circuit 7 and a display 14 corresponding to the operated key are controlled by the detection of the operating state of the dial key 11 and a keyboard 12, the drive by the tone signal to a handset 6 or a speaker 8 is conducted to attain self-check.
