Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To increase the quantity of toner supply to balance the concn. by depressing a specific button to rotate a toner supply roll for a prescribed time when the toner concn. falls suddenly. CONSTITUTION:A CPU3 to which the concn. of a sample 1 compared by a comparator 2, copy number information 4, and information of a copy point 5 are inputted controls the rotation time of the dispensing roll of a toner hopper. Only when an operator finds the abnormality of the copy density and depresses a P button 8 and a ''thick'' button of copy density buttons 9 simultaneously, the CPU 3 is by-passed to operate a timer 7, and the dispensing roll is rotated for a prescribed time. Thus, the quantity of toner supply is increased for the sudden fall of the toner concn. to balance the concn. density.
