Liquid atomization apparatus

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To inject an ideal spray solution, by such a simple mechanism that compressed air and a release agent solution are injected from all jet pipes in a perfectly mixed state. CONSTITUTION:An atomizing nozzle 34 is provided to one side of an atomizing chamber 33 having Venturi 32 in a freely slidable manner and a valve mechanism 38 is closed when the atomizing nozzle 34 is separated from the Venturi 32 to prevent a release agent solution from flowing into a nozzle orifice 37 while, when the atomizing nozzle 34 is close to the Venturi 32, the valve mechanism 38 is opened to allow the release agent solution to flow into the nozzle orifice 37. When the atomizing nozzle 34 is close to the Venturi 32, the air passage becomes narrow. Therefore, the release agent solution is entirely and uniformly atomized and effectively sprayed.
