Linear motion roller bearing

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide a simple linear motion bearing using a roller having high load capacity and rigidity, by combining two-split J-shaped opposite tubes each having a V-shaped cross-section to form a circulation passage for the roller. CONSTITUTION:A pair of J-shaped opposite tubes 5 and 5' are covered with a cover 7 to which a rubber 6 is bonded, and are fixed to a bearing body 2 by a bolt 8. Each of the tubes is formed by two-split members each having a V- shaped cross-section. Owing to such a two-split structure, the tubes 5 and 5' may be easily pressed and assembled. The tubes 5 and 5' are fixed to the bearing body 2 and are connected with end surfaces of sectional V-shaped raceway grooves 2' to thereby easily form an endless circulation passage for a roller R.
