Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the visual field of a finder from bad influence by arranging a photoelectric transduser group constituted of photoelectric transduser bodies having fine width in front of a focal plate and using light diffusing action generated on a mat surface of the focal plate. CONSTITUTION:The photoelectric transduser group 22 is constituted of the array of comb-teeth type photoelectric transduser bodies 26, 26A, 26B. A lower electrode 28 is arranged on a glass plate 27, a photoelectric transduser 29 and an upper electrode 30 are laminated on the lower electrode 28 like the same comb-teeth shape and the width (d) of a constitutional material corresponding to the comb-teeth part and the back part is formed about 10mum fine line which can be easily worked. Even if the photoelectric transduser group 22 has the width (d), the shadow of the photoelectric transduser group 22 is not almost reached to the finder by the light diffusing action generated on the mat surface of the focal plate arranged on the back of the photoelectric transduser group 22.
