Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of a defect such that wire ends are disconnected in being fitted to a substrate by fixing the soldered part of coil wiring to the bent part of a terminal. CONSTITUTION:The part bent at the end of a terminal strip 10 is inserted into a groove 9 provided in a terminal board 5, and the end of the coil 6 that is wound around a magnetic core 7 is hung on the bent part of a terminal 8 and soldered. The end of the terminal 8 is further bent, and after the surplus part of the strip 10 is cut off, the remaining part of the terminal 8 is bent to be contacted to the side of the terminal board 5. Thus wound wirings can be soldered in a continuous state.
