Linear actuator

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To miniaturize an actuator and make it thinner, by using a flatten yoke arranging pole pieces on the right and left of a central pole piece and in parallel with it to form a permanent magnet structure, and by providing the yoke in a shifting member. CONSTITUTION:A shifting member 15 is movably provided for a permanent magnet structure 11. The permanent magnet structure 11 is provided with an E-shaped flatten yoke arranging pole pieces on the right and left of a central pole piece and in parallel with it, and permanent magnets are respectively provided for side faces confronting the central pole piece of the the pole pieces of the yoke. The shifting member 15 is organized in a box shape with a substrate section 16 and an upper plate 17, and in the state, the member 15 is linearly driven along the central pole piece of the yoke of the permanent magnet structure 11 by the energization of motor coils.
