Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To thin the thickness of a yoke thin sections for lightness by arranging yokes to maintain the direction of the field flux formed between yokes in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Yokes 3A, 3B mounting a permanent magnet 2 at the inside and having a predetermined gap 4, and extending parallel are arranged in the right and left directions and a moving element 6 wound an exciting coil is freely and movably engaged with the yoke 3B. And the moving element 6 moves along the longitudinal direction of the yoke 3B by the mutual action of the field flux formed in the gap 4 and the current in the exciting coil. In this way, magnetic suction force only acts in the horizontal direction between the yokes and the tare of the yokes acts in the vertical direction. Therefore, the thickness of the thin sections around the central sections of the yoke 3A, 3B can be thinned up to the thickness having the bending strength around the limit value of the flexible amount of the yokes to the magnetic suction force.
