Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make the temp. distribution in a main body constant, by making it possible to reflux the hot air generated from a hot air generator from the vicinity of the peripheral edge part of an intermittent rotor through the jacket covering the outer periphery of the main body. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 23 is started, each test tube 29 is shaken by the centrifugal force of a high speed rotor 20 to separate the whole blood in said tube 29 into blood corpuscles and serum on the basis of the specific-gravity difference thereof. All of analytical slides 15 receive the distribution of serum on their measuring surfaces and reach the position of the photometric head 38 of a photometric optical means 32 to be successively subjected to photometry and, subsequently, operation is performed by an operation apparatus while the measured values are displayed on a display window. The interior of a main body 10 is held to a predetermined temp. by a hot air generator 43 but hot air generated from the generator 43 is discharged into the upper chamber of the main body 10 through the through-holes of an intermediate floor plate 11 and rises in the main body 10 to be guided to the jacket 47 of the main body 10 from the air passing apertures 48 in the vicinity of the peripheral edge part of a rotor 14 and falls therethrough to be refluxed to the lower chamber of the main body 10 to keep the temp. distribution in the main body 10 constant.
