Bonding of laminated steel plate
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To achieve the firm bonding of laminated steel sheets, without causing the deformation of the sheets, by peeling the adhesion layer from the part of the laminated steel sheet to be bonded or exposing the adhesion layer of the part, placing the bonding steel plate or an auxiliary steel piece on the adhesion layer, and heating under pressure to effect the terminal welding. CONSTITUTION:A pair of laminated steel plates 1 are heated at the parts to be bonded, and the laminated steel plates are separated from each other. The adhesion layer 2 is torn at the middle part by this procedure. The peeled parts of the pair of laminated steel plates 1 are joined in a staggered manner, and heated under pressure to cause the firm bonding of the pair of laminated steel plates 1 in a short time.
