Forming method of pattern
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate formation of even a fine and vivid pattern by sufficient adhesive force, by a method wherein after application of two kinds of coating agents to one surface of a base material transmissible to ultraviolet ray, irradiation of the ultraviolet ray is done from the opposite side and then application of a metallic thin film layer and peeling off of the coating agent to and from the foregoing one surface are performed. CONSTITUTION:(A) After a coating agent nontransmissible to ultraviolet ray (example, substance obtained by dissolving rosin denatured phenolic resin, ketone resin and glue, which are made into a binder, into a solvent along with a shading agent of the ultraviolet ray such as carbon black) has been applied to one surface of a base material transmissible to the ultraviolet ray (example, a film and a board such as plastics, glass and cellophane) 1 in a desired pattern 2, (B) a ultraviolet-curing coating agent 3 is applied to the whole surface including the foregoing pattern 2. Then irradiation of the ultraviolet ray is performed on the whole surface from the opposite side of the base material 1, an uncured part of the coating agent B is dissolved and removed by a liquid dissolving only the uncured part of the coating agent B, a thin film 5 based on a metal (compound) is provided on the whole surface including the coating agents A, B and then the coating agent A and coating above the coating agent A are removed by a liquid dissolving only the coating agent A.
