Detector of dynamic information of picture

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To detect excellent dynamic information by providing the 3rd adding means adding output values of a delay means of composite difference signals after multiplying a coefficient thereto. CONSTITUTION:The composite difference signal DELTACd is given to registers 21a... as the delay means and memories 22.... A center sampling point P5 is inputted to a alpha coefficient device 28, and sampling points P2, P4, P6, P8 and P1, P3, P7, P9 are added respectively by adders 27 and 26 and the result is inputted to a beta coefficient device 29 and a gamma coefficient device 30. After alpha, beta, gamma are multiplied, the sum is obtained by an adder 31 and transmitted as a detected output D0. This represent dynamic information of a sampling image picture being overall directions of horizontal/vertical directions, a direction from upper left to lower light direction and a direction of upper right to lower left direction by taking the sampling point P5 as the center.
