Surface acoustic wave filter
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To suppress tripple-transist-echo by forming the distance of surface acoustic wave propagation of two corresponding transducers as l+lambda/4, where (l) is the surface acoustic wave propagation distance between the two adjacent transducers and lambda is the wavelength. CONSTITUTION:The surface acoustic wave propagation distance of the two corresponding transducers 21-22 and 21-23 is formed as l+lambda/4, i.e., the propagation distance difference is formed as lambda/4, where (l) is the surface acoustic wave distance between the two transducers 11-12 and 11-13 and lambda is the wavelength. Thus, the propagation distance difference is lambda/2 as to the re-reflection wave and the phase of tripple-transist-echo (T.T.E) is inverted, then no T.T.E is produced at an electric terminal 38.
