Circular wipe signal generating circuit

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To form a circular wipe signal by a simple constitution by providing a concentric circle data memory, a position comparing circuit, a driving circuit and a wipe signal outputting circuit. CONSTITUTION:A titled circuit is provided with a concentric circle data memory 1 for storing a position data of a concentric circle group corresponding to a border of a circular wipe, a position comparing circuit 6 for comparing a position data read out successively from the memory 1, with an input position signal SIN, a driving circuit 4 which executes a driving operation when the contents of the input position signal has crossed the concentric circle basing on the compared output, and a wipe signal outputting circuit 13 for forming a wipe signal basing on this driven output. In this state, the driving circuit 4 is controlled by comparing a stored data of the memory 1 with the input position signal SIN, by which when many concentric circles whose radius is different from each other cross a scanning line, the comparing operation can be executed in common without providing a comparing operating circuit with regard to each concentric circuit.
