Delay circuit

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a delay circuit whose delay time is varied easily and stable against power supply fluctuation and temperature fluctuation by obtaining an injector current through the constant current source constitution using an operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An inverter consists of I<2>L logical elements Q6, Q7 and the element Q6 is activated by injecting an injector current to the emitter of the element Q6. The said injector current is varied by grounding any terminal of digital inputs A1'-A'4 and the delay time is changed through the change of the injector current. Since the injector current is obtained through the constant current source constitution comprising the operational amplifier A, the effect of temperature fluctuation and power supply fluctuation is less provided.
