Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent a picture observed through a finder and a photographed picture from uneven irradiation of light by arranging a photometric element directly on an optical path through which the light flux from an object passes. CONSTITUTION:If light is made incident on a photoconductive film obtained by forming a photoconductive film 13 consisting of amorphous silicon, cds, etc. on a substrate 12 made of synthetic resin or glass and forming comb-like electrodes 10, 11 consisting of a conductive material such as Al and Cr on the film 13, the resistance of the film is changed and electric current flows between the electrodes 10 and 11. Therefore, the quantity of incident light flux can be measured by measuring the current value. Since the width of the photoelectric conversion elements and lead wire is set to several mu - several ten mu, there is no trouble in the photographed image when the image is observed from the finder. In addition, the photoconductive body is obtained by forming many photoelectric conversion elements on one substrate simultaneously by vapor-deposition or etching, so that the production cost can be reduced.
