Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device of low cost with a light weight and a simple mechanism by a method wherein a photo resonator is provided with a block supporter made of an aluminum die-casting, in which supporter a temperature keeping oil is circulated. CONSTITUTION:A laser tube 1 is discharged between the cathode 2 and the anode 3, thus being made to oscillate a laser beam 11 by means of the photo resonator consisting of mirrors 4 and 4' supported by the resonator supporter 8 made of an aluminum die-casting. A container of temperature keeping oil path 9 is provided in the supporter 8, and then the temperature of the supporter 8 is controlled by the circulation of the temperature keeping oil 10. Thereby, the interval between the mirrros 4 and 4' does not change even under the conditions of variation of the outer air temperature and the heat generation of the laser tube 1, and the output of the laser beam 11 stabilizes. Besides, the supporter 8 comes into a simple structure, resulting in the formation of the laser device of low cost and light weight which is easily assembled and is suitable for mass production.
