Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the bladder lubricant composition for molding a tyre, which becomes rubber by self cross linking after the evaporation of water, and adhers firmly to the surface of a bladder and further is excellent in lubrication for the tyre, by emulsifying and polymerizing cyclic diorganopolysiloxane and functional group bonded organotrialkoxylane at the existence of sulfonic acid family surface active agent, ester sulfate family surface active agent and water. CONSTITUTION:When cyclic diorganopolysiloxane or both ends silanol group hindered organopolysiloxane having the viscosity equal to 500 sentistokes or lower at 25 deg.C, is emulsified and polymerized in water by sulfonic acid family surface active agent, ester sulfate family surface active agent or quaternary ammonium salt family surface active agent, functional group bonded organotrialkoxylane or functional group bonded organodialkoxylane is preliminarily added thereto. After the obtained high molecular organopolysiloxane latex composition has been uniformly sprayed and dried on the surface of a bladder, when it is heated at 130- 200 deg.C for 5-10min, said composition is self cross linked and becomes rubber film and then is connected firmly to the surface of the bladder by adhering.
