Automatic or semi-automatic placing device for nail or bar-shaped body used for production of insert with nail or bar-shaped body

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in production of a casting insert with nails, etc. by providing a nail feeder and a nail conveyor so that the nails to be imposed on a casting mold for an insert with nails can be simultaneously imposed in the prescribed positions. CONSTITUTION:A titled device consists of a nail 9 or bar-shaped body feeder 24 and a nail 9 or bar-shaped body conveyor 23. Said feeder 24 is formed by superposing three sheets of upper, middle and lower panels 26, 27, 28 opened with through-holes 25a - c into which the nails 9, etc. are to be passed and erecting a cassette 29 contg. the nails 9, etc. above the through-hole 25a of the panel 26. Said conveyor 23 has the positional relation corresponding to the recessed grooves 18 for holding the nails 9, etc. formed on a casting mold 15 and is formed by superposing two sheets of the panels 33, 34 opened with through-holds 32a, 32b into which the nails 9, etc. are to be passed in such a way that one of the panels thereof is made slidable and movable in the prescribed direction with respect to the other.
