Production for light-transmissive plate
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent disturbance of the light passing a light-transmissive part and to give an intensity to this light by applying an adhesive hardened by light to a plate consisting of transparent materials and arranging a photosensitive resin layer on this adhesive and irradiating light to it through a negative mask. CONSTITUTION:For example, an acrylic plate, a glass plate, and a polycarbonate are used to form a transparent plate 2, and an adhesive hardened by ultraviolet rays is applied as an adhesive layer 7 to the smooth face side of the transparent plate 2 thinly with about 10mu thickness by the doctor plating method. A solid-state photosensitive resin which should be a light shielding film 4 is arranged on this layer 7 by a laminator. After arrangement, the surface of the solid-state photosensitive resin is rubbed softly with talc to remove tack on the surface, and a working mask negative is put on the solid-state photosensitive resin. Light is irradiated on the resin through this negative mask, thereby preventing disturbance of the light passing the light-transmissive part and giving an intensity to this light.
