Molding method of l-shaped resin tube

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate the titled molding by a method wherein an inner die containing a string with one end thereof fixed on the first end face jig and an elastic body for maintaining a bent shape inside a round-bar-shaped rubber is wound on the surface thereof with a reinforced fiber and set into an outer die dividable in two. CONSTITUTION:Anouter die 1 dividable in two freely is laminated on the inner surface 1a and 1b thereof with a resin layer 16 first, then a reinforced resin layer 18 containing a reinforced fiber 17 and finally, a resin layer 19. On the other hand, an inner die 4 made up of a round-bar-shaped rubber, which contains a string 5 with one end thereof fixed on the first end face jig 7 and a spring 6 for keeping a bent shaped matching the outer die 1 surrounded the string. This is deformed linearly, wounded on the circumference thereof with a resin layer 21 first, then a reinforced resin layer 23 and further a reinforced fiber 24 and then set into the outer die 1 through the second end face jig 10. Then, a resin in a pressurizing tank 26 is injected while sucked up with a pump 30. After the resin is hardened, the outer die 1 is separated to pull the inner die 4 out of an L-shaped resin tube 33 through the first end face jig 7.
